📋 Description

• Formulate original research questions on model architectures, efficiency, reasoning, memory
• Translate ideas into rigorous experiments with hypotheses and clear outcomes.
• Design and evaluate architectural changes at meaningful model scales.
• Research efficient, sparse/adaptive attention, long-context architectures, persistent memory
• Explore novel approaches to reasoning and dynamic inference.
• Develop methods to preserve/improve quality while cutting training/inference costs.

🎯 Requirements

• PhD in ML or related field, or equivalent depth of research experience.
• Deep understanding of transformers, attention, language-model training, modern NN architectures.
• Strong publication track record or evidence of original research.
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, design experiments, interpret results.
• Strong Python implementation skills with a modern DL framework.
• Hands-on experience training/evaluating ML models at scale.
