📋 Description

• Lead studies end to end: frame the question, design the measurement, run the analysis, and write
• Combine Syndio's pay-decision data with external labor-market, survey, and benchmark data to answer
• Build outcome and ROI models connecting pay governance to attrition, cost, risk, and performance
• Work directly with customers: join executive conversations at strategic accounts, translate
• Carry findings into the product by partnering with product and data science teams so research shows
• Write to advance the field: co-author reports, articles, and executive briefings, with every

🎯 Requirements

• PhD or equivalent depth in industrial-organizational psychology, behavioral or decision science
• Track record of applying research to impact (product, decision, or business outcome), not only
• Hands-on quantitative skills: causal and quasi-experimental methods, psychometrics and survey
• Comfort presenting findings to senior customers (CHROs, CFOs), handling hard questions, and holding
• Range: comfortable in both data warehouse and boardroom, carrying work end to end.
• Judgment about data: work inside strict data-use and privacy boundaries without being asked twice.
