📋 Description

  • Lead cellular/tissue target engagement studies for small molecules and PROTACs.
  • Develop and scale assays to measure binding, ternary complex formation, and engagement in human systems.
  • Build CNS degrader discovery capabilities to inform optimization and translational decisions.
  • Collaborate with medicinal chemistry and platform biology to optimize ligands/degraders.
  • Analyze, interpret, and integrate datasets across assay platforms to guide decisions.
  • Maintain organized results and ELN records for project teams.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in cellular/tissue assays for small molecules and degraders; no visa sponsorship.
  • Plate-based assay design, optimization, validation, controls, and artifact identification.
  • Experience with probe-based/proximity assays: NanoBRET, TR-FRET, AlphaLISA.
  • Adapt assays for robustness, miniaturization, and multi-well formats.
  • Strong data analysis skills using Prism, Python, or R.
  • Neurodegenerative biology background (tau, alpha-synuclein, TDP-43, Aβ) preferred.
