📋 Description

• Lead UX research for the Advanced Trade team with Design, Product, and Data.
• Conduct mixed-methods research: interviews, usability testing, surveys, Sprig.
• Synthesize qualitative findings with analytics to produce actionable reports.
• Build scalable research programs (customer councils, self-serve testing cadences).
• Translate research insights into roadmap priorities and experiment hypotheses.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of user research with multiple stakeholders.
• Design/evaluate research with hard-to-reach traders.
• Synthesize qualitative insights with metrics to influence strategy.
• Prioritize research across stakeholders; guide designers and PMs.
• Familiarity with crypto trading or trading platforms preferred.
• Use generative AI with human oversight to improve workflows.
