📋 Description

• Lead 2-3 research workstreams across product/domain.
• Define and drive the research agenda for product lines or regions.
• Identify ambiguous customer problems; bring clarity via structured research.
• Synthesize multi-country data into clear insights.
• Partner with Product, Design, Marketing, Data, and R&D to inform decisions.
• Communicate findings to senior stakeholders to influence priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Researcher in fintech or monetisation.
• Strong understanding of how research informs decisions across product, marketing, and R&D in fintech or B2B.
• Proven experience in analytical product research work.
• Understanding of customer journeys and PLG techniques—contribute to conversion and engagement strategies.
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex insights simply and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
