• Supervise staff and students to ensure safe operation per directives.
• Mentor students and support adjustment to Center life.
• Enforce schedules; ensure on-time attendance for school/work.
• Maintain dorm cleanliness and safety; document progress.
• Facilitate life-skills groups and discussions; coordinate with families.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 15 semester hours in social services.
• One year counseling or related field experience.
• One year supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
