• Communicate with various teams within the organization to coordinate seamless merchant onboarding
• Inform partners about processes and procedures via forms, email, and phone, mostly in German
• Monitor processes and track progress through Monday.com and other Wolt software
• Learn, master, and improve our systems, tools, and processes
