📋 Description

• Own end-to-end billing lifecycle and Zuora expert; drive AI-enabled billing improvements.
• Support month-end close with revenue-related reconciliations and journal entries tied to billing.
• Ensure Zuora data supports clean, auditable revenue recognition.
• Escalate complex revenue recognition issues; partner with cross-functional teams.
• Lead AI adoption to reduce manual work and scale finance operations.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in billing operations or revenue operations in SaaS or subscription.
• Extensive Zuora experience including subscription management, catalog, invoicing, amendments, reporting.
• Foundational ASC 606 knowledge and revenue recognition experience.
• Experience handling complex nonstandard billing scenarios with high accuracy.
• Customer-facing with clear, empathetic billing communication skills.
• Systems-savvy across multiple platforms with strong cross functional collaboration.
