📋 Description

• Partner with Solution Architect and GTM teams to turn pre-sales questions into data needs.
• Design and build AI/analytic solutions for trial management and sales metrics.
• Create maintainable BI/AI solutions that monitor performance and enable action.
• Collaborate with ops and data teams to define data models and data collection.
• Use segmentation, cohorts, and AB tests to guide engagement and forecast impact.
• Act as sales analytics SME, documenting methods and guiding analysts.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in pre-sales analytics for SaaS, focusing on engagement, adoption, and health.
• Experience merging data from multiple systems to unify pre-sales engagements.
• Strong SQL with joins, aggregations, CTEs, and conditional logic.
• Analyze pipeline, pre-sales, trials, and sales metrics using SQL and Python.
• Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and Customer Success to build scalable analytics.
• Define data quality and structure for sales data across Snowflake and dbt.
