• Lead end-to-end first-order and new business analytics.

• Build AI tools and analytics for Field Ops using SQL, Python.
\n
• Own projects from questions to data-driven recommendations.
\n
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Customer Success analytics.
\n
• Ensure data quality; align Snowflake and dbt models.
\n
• Deliver scalable dashboards and ad hoc analyses.
\n

🎯 Requirements

• Background in sales analytics; interpret pipeline, quota, forecast accuracy.
\n
• Proficiency with AI and BI tools; Tableau or similar BI platform.
\n
• Strong SQL and Python for data wrangling; modern data warehouses.
\n
• Analytic Engineering experience; know when to use view, table, or query.
\n
• Project and stakeholder management; translate questions into analytical plans.
\n
• Experience supporting sales or GTM teams (new business, pre-sales, marketing, or SMB).
\n
