  • Own and evolve Vantaโ€™s core sales methodology across revenue teams.
  • Define and codify team selling model for cross-functional work.
  • Develop and maintain Rules of Engagement across the selling team.
  • Design and implement pre-to-post sales handoffs.
  • Map and refine the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Define and document the revenue process for repeatable execution.
  • Coach revenue leaders to drive capability and adoption.
  • Partner with Revenue Enablement to prioritize initiatives.
  • Serve as a thought leader guiding the revenue operating model.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in revenue enablement or sales strategy.
  • Deep expertise in sales methodology (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message) and adaptability.
  • Proven experience building team selling frameworks and Rules of Engagement.
  • Ability to operate at strategic and operational levels; translate to actionable processes.
  • Strong cross-functional influencer across sales, post-sales, revenue ops, enablement.
  • Experience coaching revenue leaders and driving adoption of frameworks.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; distill for executives.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Open to using AI to amplify skills and efficiency.
