Senior Revenue Forecasting & Operations Business Partner

📋 Description

• Own monthly and quarterly revenue forecast and rolling 12-month forecast
• Build forecast bottom-up from SOWs, staffing plans, billing schedules
• Forecast by revenue type: T&M, fixed fee, managed services, AWS-funded
• Model backlog burn, utilization, and bench impact on revenue
• Deliver monthly forecast vs. actuals package with variance explanation
• Act as finance partner to Sales, Delivery, and Resource Management leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in FP&A, revenue operations, or revenue accounting
• 2+ years in professional services or consulting
• Experience forecasting project-based revenue (T&M, fixed fee, milestone)
• Salesforce and at least one PSA or time tracking system
• Advanced Google Sheets or Excel modeling
• Clear communication and executive presence
