Senior Revenue Forecasting & Operations Business Partner

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end operational workflow for AWS & Anthropic Funding Programs
• Maintain accurate client records, funding documentation, and operational trackers
• Prepare, validate, and submit invoices with quality assurance checks
• Monitor and communicate funding program requirements and process changes
• Coordinate approval workflows and ensure documentation is completed on time
• Build relationships with AWS PDMs and collaborate with Account Executives

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in Operations, Sales Ops, RevOps, Billing, or Finance Operations
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
• Experience processing invoices or financial documentation
• Comfortable working with multiple web-based platforms
• Experience with AWS Partner Programs or vendor funding programs desirable
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities
