📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end operational workflows for AWS and Anthropic funding programs, ensuring funding
• Maintain accurate client records, funding documentation, and operational trackers across internal
• Prepare, validate, and submit invoices, performing quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Monitor changes to partner funding guidelines, documentation standards, deadlines, and compliance
• Communicate program updates, funding requirements, deadlines, and best practices to relevant

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Billing
• Experience using CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Practical experience processing invoices, managing financial documentation, or maintaining
• Confidence working across multiple web-based platforms and internal systems simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex program
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and accountability when managing
