📋 Description

• Lead a portfolio of hotels in the Americas with revenue management.
• Analyze and implement rate, yield, channel, and ecommerce strategies.
• Support revenue calls with hotel owners and GMs.
• Build trusted advisory relationships through ongoing client communications.
• Present summarized findings to ownership and investment groups.
• Monitor reports and provide actionable insights to drive RevPAR growth.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years in hotel revenue management.
• Advanced knowledge of 3+ market hotel brands and systems.
• Experience managing elite hotels in dynamic markets.
• Experience presenting results to ownership/investment groups.
• Bachelor's in Business Administration, Economics, Hospitality, or related field.
• Excellent communication and data presentation skills.
