📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end reporting across the marketing-to-sales funnel, including leading indicators, in-process metrics, and lagging outcomes
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Mode, Hex, and Amplitude to provide real-time performance insights
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on conversion rate trends, agent performance, campaign effectiveness, and channel mix; surface actionable findings for executives
  • Design and evaluate A/B experiments across outreach cadences, agent workflows, and channel strategies; communicate results with statistical rigor
  • Partner with Sales and Finance on building models to define initiatives such as compensation plans, headcount requirements, and other critical business models
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate workflows (e.g., Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini)

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in Data Analytics, Revenue Operations, or a closely related analytical role — ideally in a B2C or high-velocity phone sales environment
  • Strong SQL skills; experience querying large datasets to answer open-ended business questions, not just pull pre-defined reports
  • Hands-on experience with dashboarding and analytics tools (Salesforce, Mode, Amplitude, Hex, or similar)
  • Familiarity with sales tech stack tools like Regal, Balto, or comparable dialer/QA platforms is a plus
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity: you scope your own work, ask the right clarifying questions, and don’t wait for a fully defined spec to get started
  • Available to work onsite in our Bangalore office on night shift hours (4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST)
