📋 Description

• Partner with field sales leaders through the weekly and monthly forecast cadence, helping them
• Drive territory design and quota-setting with field leadership, then own the Salesforce
• Advise AEs, AMs, and frontline managers on what the pipeline data actually says, and push back when
• Own Salesforce hygiene and administration for the sales org, covering data quality, field and
• Build the reports and dashboards field and RevOps leadership rely on for real-time pipeline
• Run the mechanics of sales process execution alongside the broader RevOps team, from deal desk

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a comparable analytical GTM role
• Hands-on Salesforce experience across reports, dashboards, and basic configuration. Admin
• A track record of operating as an advisor to sales leaders rather than an order-taker, including
• Strong Excel and Sheets skills, and real comfort digging into data to find and explain a trend.
• Sharp attention to detail, with a habit of catching data problems before anyone downstream does.
• Clear, direct communication that lands with field reps and non-technical stakeholders alike.
