Senior Revenue Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Build the foundational Revenue Operations infrastructure, including dashboards, reporting
• Own relationships with revenue technology vendors and manage tools and integrations across
• Establish data quality standards, access controls, governance practices, and reliable reporting
• Conduct ongoing process and data gap analysis and implement practical improvements that support
• Build capacity and territory models, define attribution frameworks, and map the revenue technology
• Operationalize Customer Success processes covering customer health, churn prediction, renewal

🎯 Requirements

• 6–8+ years of relevant Revenue Operations experience, including experience building a RevOps
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify missing data, determine how
• Hands-on Salesforce expertise, including experience with flows, integrations, and revenue-related
• Strong technical comfort working with data, including tools or languages such as SQL or Python.
• Broad understanding of the Revenue Operations technology landscape and sound judgment when
• Experience with forecasting, pipeline analytics, territory planning, capacity modeling, quota

🎁 Benefits

• Salary range of $140,000–$200,000 USD, with compensation paid in local currency regardless of
