Senior Revenue Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Lead high-priority cross-functional GTM initiatives from problem definition to rollout
• Improve core revenue processes and handoffs across Sales, Marketing, CS, Finance, and Systems
• Design and scale AI-native workflows to reduce manual work and accelerate decisions
• Partner with stakeholders to translate pain points into processes, tooling, and reporting
• Build structure around complex initiatives with goals, owners, metrics, timelines, and risks
• Drive adoption and change management for new processes and tools

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or related field
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional projects
• Strong program management in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Excellent analytical skills; data-driven decisions
• Experience turning operational needs into scalable workflows
• Strong communication with senior stakeholders
