Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Enablement

📋 Description

• Own GTM enablement function, setting and actioning a vision for onboarding, training, and
• Own training and certification program for GTM teams
• Design onboarding and ramp programs for new sellers
• Partner with Product Marketing and Product on new launches and campaigns
• Collaborate with managers and subject-matter experts to curate training content
• Identify and close knowledge gaps by monitoring GTM performance

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations and 3+ years in Sales Enablement
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or complex B2B enterprise sales motion
• Exceptional ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and actionable content
• Experience designing and running enablement, onboarding, or certification programs for GTM team
• Proven project management and organizational skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
