Senior Revenue Operations Manager - Eversight

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end revenue operations across Sales and Customer Success for Eversight (Instacart)
• Design and own reporting, forecasting, dashboards, and data flows to provide a single view of
• Identify operational gaps and drive measurable improvements in forecast accuracy, data integrity
• Build AI tools, agents, and workflow automations to reduce manual reporting and data cleanup.
• Establish trusted operating relationships with cross-functional teams and document standard

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field
• 7+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or similar in SaaS; experience in CPG/Retail analytics
• Proven ability to analyze complex data sets and deliver actionable insights
• Fluent in using AI tools, agents, and workflow automations as a core operating method
• Experience with SQL and Tableau
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to leadership
