• Identify operational gaps and implement improvements with measurable impact.
• Develop AI-driven tools and workflows to reduce manual reporting and data cleanup.
• Foster trusted cross-functional partnerships with commercial leadership and product.
• Own process design and documentation as programs scale.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Analytics or related field.
• 7+ years in Revenue/Sales Operations in a SaaS environment; CPG/Retail analytics preferred.
• Strong data interpretation and actionable insights ability.
• Experience with SQL and Tableau.
• Excellent communication; able to present to leadership.
• Independent, cross-functional collaborator with strategic prioritization.
