Senior Revenue Operations Manager

• Architect it, measure it, automate it
• Own CRM architecture and governance
• Manage territories and prospecting
• Oversee pipeline and forecasting
• Own the number (MRR, payments, customer tiering, pipeline analytics)
• Own the sales-to-billing handoff

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Systems at a B2B SaaS
• Two or more years owning a production Salesforce org
• Deep Salesforce admin skills: flows, validation rules, page layouts, permissions, data loads
• Strong SQL: SOQL, BigQuery or similar warehouse
• Experience running commissions, quota and attainment, territory or account assignment
• Habit of turning loose requests into clear specs, runbooks, and finished changes
