Senior Revenue Operations Manager, Fund Administration

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary Revenue Operations partner for the Fund Administration business, ensuring
• Own the health and integrity of our Salesforce (CRM) instance — data quality, workflow
• Own and optimize the end-to-end renewal workflow process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and
• Manage the forecasting process for Fund Administration and broader RevOps, including pipeline
• Design, document, and continuously improve revenue processes (e.g., lead routing, opportunity
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that give a clear, accurate view of pipeline

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM/Business
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a complex B2B enterprise sales motion.
• Experience supporting Fund Administration, private markets, or another complex, services-driven
• Hands-on Salesforce administration experience: you understand how data structure and process design
• Experience owning end-to-end renewal and/or expansion workflows, including documentation
• Experience managing forecasting, pipeline reporting, and recurring GTM operating cadences (QBRs
