Senior Revenue Operations Specialist - Salesforce & GTM Automation

📋 Description

• Manage the day-to-day quote and pricing approvals
• Own post-signature deal hygiene: reconcile Salesforce and LinkSquares contract management data
• Identify and implement process improvements and automations, also using AI, to maintain sales data
• Maintain recurring sales reporting and dashboards (e.g., pipeline and leadership spot reports) and
• Partner with our commercial teams to ensure opportunities are properly created and tracked in
• Create standard templates, playbooks, and sales guidance documents that streamline the

🎯 Requirements

• Certified Salesforce Administrator credential
• Strong experience working with Salesforce.
• Strong quantitative/data skills. Experience building BI reports using SQL.
• AI fluency - Demonstrated, hands-on use of AI tools (e.g. Claude) to automate RevOps workflows.
• Strong excel and spreadsheet skills.
• Strong English language skills.
