Senior Revenue Ops

📋 Description

• Own effectiveness initiatives end to end, setting the roadmap, designing the solution, building it
• Spend meaningful time in the field to spot gaps in our sales process, then design smarter workflows
• Evaluate new tools and technologies, run tests, and roll out what works.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in RevOps / Sales Ops / Sales Effectiveness, hands-on building the
• Demonstrate strong ownership and project management skills.
• Have a builder mindset and love being hands-on.
• Confident with change management including shadowing, training, measuring adoption, and iterating.
• Can write and own SQL queries yourself (joins, basic data modeling).
• Proven experience with low-code tools and integrations (e.g. Clay, Make, Zapier, or equivalent).
