Senior Revenue Ops

📋 Description

• Own effectiveness initiatives end to end, from strategy and design to execution and adoption
• Spend meaningful time in the field to spot gaps in our sales process, then design smarter workflows
• Evaluate new tools and technologies, run tests, and roll out what works
• Shadow, train, measure adoption, and iterate until change sticks

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in RevOps / Sales Ops / Sales Effectiveness
• Strong ownership and project management skills
• Builder mindset and hands-on approach
• Confident with change management, including shadowing, training, measuring adoption, and iterating
• Ability to write and own SQL queries (joins, basic data modeling)
• Proven experience with low-code tools and integrations (e.g., Clay, Make, Zapier)
