Senior Revenue Ops

📋 Description

• Own effectiveness initiatives end to end (roadmap, design, build, execution, change management)
• Spend time in the field to identify gaps in sales process
• Design smarter workflows by eliminating steps and increasing automation
• Evaluate new tools and technologies, run tests, and roll out what works
• Work with low-code tools (Zapier, n8n), AI, Salesforce, SQL via Metabase
• Enablement: shadow, train, measure adoption, and iterate

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Sales Effectiveness
• Strong ownership and project management skills
• Builder mindset and hands-on approach
• Confident in change management (shadowing, training, measuring adoption, iterating)
• At least intermediate SQL query reading skills
• Proven experience with low-code tools and integrations (e.g., Clay, Make, Zapier)
