Senior RevOps Analytics Lead

📋 Description

• Starting base salary range: $105,000–$119,000 USD; annual bonus and equity.
• Shape and scale GTM analytics with AI-enabled, self-service insights.
• Translate data into insights, narratives, and decision frameworks.
• Own analytics for pipeline, bookings, ARR, GRR, and renewals.
• Build dashboards; define metrics; support executive reviews.
• Collaborate with Sales, Success, Marketing, and Finance teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in revenue analytics or GTM analytics in a B2B SaaS.
• Experience across revenue lifecycle: pipeline, forecasting, renewals, NRR.
• Strong SQL; Sigma preferred; Tableau/Hex/Looker also considered.
• Comfort with Snowflake or a similar cloud data warehouse.
• Salesforce familiarity; Gainsight experience preferred.
• Executive-ready dashboards and trusted metrics across teams.
