Senior Reward Advisor

📋 Description

• Deliver and continuously improve reward, benefits and wellbeing offerings across Autotrader
• Support the delivery of core reward activities, including salary reviews, share schemes
• Act as a trusted advisor to managers and colleagues on pay and reward matters
• Use data and insight to support reward decisions, producing robust analysis, management information
• Contribute to governance activity through policy maintenance, reporting and preparation of
• Support day-to-day management and improvement of benefits and wellbeing programmes

🎯 Requirements

• Experience across the full reward spectrum, including compensation and benefits, ideally in a
• Experience supporting delivery of cyclical reward activities (salary reviews, market benchmarking
• Experience managing employee benefits programmes end-to-end, including supplier relationships
• Strong analytical skills with proven experience producing high-quality reward analysis, management
• Excellent communication and influencing skills with ability to build credibility and provide
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality

• Salary of £45,000 – £55,000 plus additional 10% of salary in shares each year (vesting over three
