Senior RF Optimization Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead RF planning, optimization across GSM, LTE, and 5G in LATAM.
• Analyze and improve KPIs: accessibility, retainability, mobility, throughput, utilization.
• Support RAN modernization, swap, and transformation across planning, integration, optimization, acceptance.
• Troubleshoot using network stats, drive tests, and signaling analysis.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to align priorities and risks.
• Travel 40-50% of the time as required by project phases.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical, or Computer Engineering or related field.
• 10–15 years experience in wireless telecom and radio network engineering.
• Hands-on GSM, LTE, and 5G optimization, including VoLTE.
• Experience in multi-vendor RAN environments; RAN swap, modernization, or transformation.
• Knowledge of RAN technologies, RF optimization, mobility, throughput, and signaling analysis.
• Hands-on with XCAL, TEMS, Actix, QXDM, Wireshark, and related tools.
