Senior Rider Onboarding Associate - (6 Months FTC)

📋 Description

• Remote field-based FTC with hubs in Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol or London.
• Build, scale and optimise the rider onboarding ecosystem.
• Operate across Strategy, Design & Scaling and Field Ops & Fleet Enablement.
• Travel UK-wide to lead in-person onboarding sessions.
• Collaborate with Rider Support, Product and Onboarding teams.
• Secure rider fleet capacity to power the three-sided marketplace.

🎯 Requirements

• Sector experience in tech/startups/food delivery or Deliveroo Rider.
• Autonomy and resilience; self-starter in field roles.
• Stakeholder management; influence internal product teams.
• Mobility and licensing: UKI driving licence and own vehicle; travel flexible.
• Nice to have: G Suite, Slack, Looker, Salesforce.
• Language skills: Portuguese or Arabic.
