📋 Description

• Remote, field-based 6-month FTC with hubs across the UK.
• Join Rider Enablement to manage UKI rider supply and demand.
• Lead two pillars: Strategy, Design & Scaling; Field Operations & Fleet Enablement.
• Optimise onboarding hubs and expand spaces UKI with standardised systems.
• Travel across the UKI for face-to-face onboarding and seasonal campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

• Sector experience: operations in tech/startups/food delivery or as Deliveroo Rider.
• Autonomy: self-starter, work independently in the field, adapt to priorities.
• Stakeholder management: influence internal product teams and manage candidate groups.
• Mobility and licensing: valid UKI driving licence and own vehicle; travel flexibility.
• Nice to have: Looker, Salesforce, G Suite, Slack.
• Language skills: Portuguese or Arabic.
