📋 Description

• Own end-to-end risk controls for ATO and scam prevention, scaling processes to maintain coverage as
• Define risk success metrics, build reporting frameworks, and drive continuous improvement by
• Leverage data to assess risk and make decisions impacting large customer segments, measuring and
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to develop custom risk management strategies
• Synthesize data findings into clear narratives and recommendations that influence senior risk and
• Investigate and mitigate fraudulent and scam activities by reviewing alerts on anomalous customer

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on risk experience in e-commerce or financial services, with at least 2 years
• 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis using SQL and Python, including working with
• Proficiency with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker
• Proven ability to independently scope and deliver analytics projects while collaborating
• Familiarity with blockchain analytics and fraud trends within the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
