Senior Risk Manager

📋 Description

• Build the risk framework: set OI, position size, leverage, margins.
• Design liquidation and insurance fund protocols.
• Build risk monitoring infrastructure for exposure and solvency.
• Establish operating playbooks for stressed markets.
• Build internal tooling using Python, SQL for risk analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep trading experience with a trading firm or exchange
• Hands-on liquidations and crisis management in live markets
• Strong grasp of major crypto exchanges operate
• Margin mechanics, funding rates, index and mark prices on crypto derivatives
• Ability to act quickly and decisively under pressure with real money on the line
• Strong counterparty relationships for offloading risk
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or data tools for risk monitoring
