Perform daily inspections and troubleshoot or escalate robot, equipment, and system issues
Execute accurate, efficient, and high-quality data collection
Identify, report, and escalate safety hazards, near misses, protocol deviations, or unexpected
Train and support Robot Operators while modeling safe and consistent operating practices
Maintain process documentation and contribute feedback to improve safety, quality, and operational

🎯 Requirements

High School diploma or GED
Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and accountability
Strong safety mindset, situational awareness, and sound judgment
High attention to detail and commitment to following established procedures
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Effective communication, teamwork, and ability to train or coach others
