Senior Robotics Engineer

📋 Description

• Perform deep technical investigations of undesirable AV behaviors
• Debug behaviors across perception, prediction, localization, planning, controls
• Analyze large datasets from logs, telemetry using Python
• Develop automated diagnostic workflows and custom tooling
• Design and build interactive dashboards with Python and Looker
• Synthesize findings into clear summaries for executive reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
• 5+ years experience in safety-critical systems (AVs, robotics, etc.)
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting
• Experience building data visualizations with Python frameworks
• Proficient with Git and CI/CD environments
• Excellent communication and synthesis skills
