Senior Robotics Integration Engineer

📋 Description

• Build PR-triggered pipelines that schedule, run, and report hardware tests: orchestration, device
• Define what 'tested on hardware' means. Build and grow regression infrastructure across motion
• Design and run the HIL test farm, from single-actuator benches to full-robot test cells, operating
• Build a hardware test signal engineers trust: per-PR reports, dashboards, and alerts, plus
• Work with embedded, controls, ML, mechanical, and manufacturing teams to make testability a design

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in test automation, CI/CD, or test and integration engineering for hardware products such
• Experience building or scaling HIL or hardware-in-CI systems: rig design, test orchestration
• Strong Python and/or C++, and fluency with CI/CD tooling (like GitHub Actions), including
• Comfort at the hardware/software boundary: reading schematics, wiring a bench, debugging over CAN
• Experience with Nvidia based embedded targets and firmware flashing workflows and bootloader
• Experience with Linux based CLI systems.
