📋 Description

• Partner with clients to investigate application issues, understand business requirements, recommend
• Analyze, design, develop, code, and test business applications using RPG across multiple versions
• Maintain application reliability and integrity by conducting unit, integration, smoke, and other
• Translate system architecture, technical decisions, and application functionality into clear
• Provide technical leadership when required, guide a small development team, and conduct code
• Modernize legacy IBM i applications by designing and implementing scalable solutions using modern

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive professional experience working with the IBM i platform, including its iSeries and AS/400
• Advanced proficiency in RPG programming, particularly RPGLE, free-form RPG syntax, and embedded SQL.
• Expert-level knowledge of DB2 application programming and relational database design.
• Strong understanding of modern ILE architecture, including modules, service programs, and binding
• Experience with structured software deployment processes, change management, and version control.
• Business-oriented thinking and the ability to understand operational workflows and translate
