📋 Description

• Designs, estimates, and implements solutions for medium/high complexity apps.
• Participates in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to clarify requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities.
• Researches and proposes AI-driven solutions to accelerate the SDLC.
• Promotes IT industry standards and DevOps practices for high-quality software.
• Identifies improvements and escalates risks in development activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong OOP/Functional paradigms and design patterns (SOLID, GoF, MVVM).
• Proficient in Ruby, Rails, and RSpec.
• DBs/SQL knowledge; Git; testing/mocking frameworks.
• Agile methodologies (SCRUM/KANBAN) and CI/CD practices.
• Nice to have: Langchain, Langraph, or other LLM frameworks.
