📋 Description

• Designs, estimates, and implements technical solutions for medium/high complexity apps.
• Participates in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to clarify requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities.
• Researches and proposes AI-driven solutions to accelerate the SDLC.
• Promotes IT standards and DevOps practices to deliver quality software.
• Participates in peer reviews and shares knowledge from projects.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• Strong OOP and functional programming understanding.
• Solid design patterns and clean code (SOLID, MVVM).
• Proficient in Ruby, Rails, RSpec; Ruby tooling; SQL.
• Nice to have: Ruby 3.0, Pry, Rubocop, Bundler, Rake; AWS.
• AI in SDLC and Langchain/LLMs.
