📋 Description

• Designs, estimates, and implements technical solutions for medium/high complexity applications.
• Participates in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to clarify requirements, processes, architecture, and priorities.
• Researches and proposes AI-driven solutions to accelerate the SDLC.
• Promotes IT standards, tools, and practices (DevOps) for quality software.
• Proposes improvements and escalates risks related to development activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of OOP and functional programming.
• Proficient in Ruby, Rails, RSpec and Ruby version managers.
• Nice-to-have: Ruby 3.0, Pry, RuboCop, Bundler, Rake, Background Jobs.
• Practical experience with SQL and platform-specific databases.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and Agile methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN).
