5+ years in pharmacovigilance/drug safety
Deep experience with complete case lifecycle, validation, reconciliation, and global timelines
Proficiency in MedDRA coding; familiarity with Veeva Safety, Argus, ArisG
Strong collaboration and ability to present ops perspectives to technical partners
Experience in design, implementation, or UAT of automated pharmacovigilance intake solutions
Experience with agentic AI, automated workflows, or cloud platforms in clinical trials
