🎯 Requirements

BS in CS, Engineering, Mechatronics, Aerospace, or related field
Hands-on systems engineering (V Model, requirements, traceability, V&V)
Experience generating HARAs, FMEAs, FTAs, STPAs
Developing and deploying robotic/autonomous systems with safety-critical components
Functional safety and SOTIF basic experience
Data analysis and reporting with Python and SQL (basic)
Ability to communicate technical issues across all levels
Hands-on, fast-paced, eager to engage deeply
