Senior Sales Analyst

📋 Description

• Build, maintain, and continuously improve Salesforce reports and dashboards covering sales
• Maintain high-quality Salesforce data across accounts, contacts, opportunities, and leads through
• Provide day-to-day Salesforce support to sales teams, helping users manage opportunities, pipeline
• Support quoting activities through Salesforce CPQ, ensuring quote accuracy, appropriate approval
• Follow up with sales teams regarding deal status, close dates, required updates, and other
• Maintain campaign lead data and support the handoff of qualified leads from Marketing into sales

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in sales analytics, sales operations, CRM reporting, or a comparable
• Strong hands-on Salesforce reporting and dashboard development experience.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and CLM processes, which are critical to the role.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong ability to analyze, reconcile, and interpret business data.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong discipline around data quality and accuracy.
