📋 Description

• Originate new partnership opportunities with PSPs, fintechs, and banks by researching
• Manage deal execution from initial diligence through negotiation and close, coordinating across
• Lead partner conversations by translating Coinbase's stablecoin infrastructure capabilities into
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and
• Share market intelligence, competitive insights, and partner feedback with Product and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships at a PSP, fintech, bank, or
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals from inception through close, including
• Working knowledge of the payments and trading ecosystem, including stablecoins, cross-border
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical and crypto concepts clearly and persuasively to
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs
