Senior Sales Compensation Analyst

📋 Description

• Accurately calculate and process monthly and quarterly sales commissions
• Collaborate with Accounting team on monthly commission accruals to ensure accurate financial
• Develop comprehensive reports and templates for analyzing sales performance data supporting
• Lead implementing, administering, and managing sales compensation plans in sales commission
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to document controls over commission procedures
• Serve as the primary contact for all commission-related inquiries, timely investigate and resolve

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant experience within high growth environments
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, proven track record of implementing AI tools
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• Proficiency in using sales compensation tools (Spiff experience is a plus)
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
• Deep knowledge of sales compensation processes, key metrics, business KPIs
