Senior Sales Compensation Analyst

📋 Description

• Own design, admin, and day-to-day ops of sales incentive programs with cross-functional partners.
• Design OTE splits, accelerators, quotas, and plan mechanics.
• Calculate earned commissions per rep/period; manage disputes.
• Administer Spiff: maintain plans, catch calc issues, generate statements.
• End-to-end plan administration: docs, mail merges, e-sign, BambooHR.
• Analyze plan attainment and suggest adjustments.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience in sales compensation; own plan design and administration.
• Hands-on ICM platform experience: Spiff, Xactly, CaptivateIQ.
• Proven project management across Jira and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytics; translate comp data into insights on attainment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain plan mechanics clearly.
• Experience handling sensitive, detail-heavy payroll-adjacent data.
