📋 Description

• Sales Compensation & Variable Pay: Own the end-to-end design, execution, and continuous
• Job Architecture: Contribute to job evaluation and description processes, position grading, and
• Market Benchmarking & Data Intelligence: Lead comprehensive benchmarking studies and job
• Data & Analytics: Design and produce Total Rewards reports and dashboards, conduct detailed
• Compliance & Audits: Provide data and expertise for compensation-related audits, staying ahead
• Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders on day-to-day

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in a Global Total Rewards function within a matrixed, high-growth
• Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field. A Master's degree or professional
• Analytical Mindset: Highly quantitative and detail-oriented, with a commitment to discreet handling
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Workday
• Communication: Full professional proficiency in English is essential; Spanish fluency is a plus.
• Adaptability: The resilience and drive to develop and roll out large-scale Total Rewards programs
