Support end-to-end Salesforce processes covering leads, opportunities, quotes, contracts, orders
Monitor lead flow, opportunity progression and pipeline data to ensure timely updates and accurate
Review sales quotes, contracts and order information for completeness and accuracy prior to
Validate key transaction details including products, pricing, approvals, payment terms, contract
Provide day-to-day Salesforce user support, including access requests, queues, reports, dashboards
Coordinate with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, Operations and IT teams to resolve

🎯 Requirements

5+ years of experience.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Information Technology
Hands-on experience working with Salesforce (SFDC) is mandatory.
Experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, CRM Operations, Contract Management or Order
Salesforce certification would be an added advantage.
